Every mail2grow account includes Free standard support.Our software also has an extensive online help system including:
- The Easy Start Wizard will walk and talk you thru every operation of mail2grow
- A knowledge repository of frequently asked questions (FAQ's)
- A comprehensive downloadable user guide
- A comprehensive online user guide
For every new mail2grow client we provide:
- 30 days telephone support
- Continuing email support (3 hour response during office hours)
Support add-ons
Additional support includes "How To" questions via telephone only.
- Pre-paid Monthly Support - $55 per hour
- Pay as You Go Support - $110 per hour
